Stuffed bell Pepper!

We cooked a very basic, yet delicious dinner.  

Bell Peppers stuffed with a simple filling of beef, tomato coulis and mirepoix. Topped with grated cheese.  The sauce for the pasta was olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes.
